2/28/11 (Title Update 7)

Issues Addressed:
• Matchmaking improvements to return higher quality results faster. This change includes settings that are tunable in the live environment, so tweaking may continue beyond initial release of this update.
• The in-game store now hides DLC map packs that do not match the language of the player’s disc to decrease the possibility of users downloading the incorrect language version.
• Calling in a Chopper Gunner immediately after getting shot down in a Gunship will no longer end the Chopper Gunner run prematurely. Required timing-specific button presses.
• Split screen players are now able to change camera perspectives and cycle through players as a spectator.
• Addressed an issue where the most recent match played in Zombies could overwrite the best match played on the leaderboard.
• Improved Zombies lobbies to prevent players from erroneously receiving the error “Unable to join game session” under certain circumstances.
• Addressed a number of community-discovered Zombies gameplay exploits.
• Additional security feature updates.

Gameplay Tuning:
• Second Chance – players that put an enemy into Second Chance are now credited for a full kill once that enemy dies. If another player kills the enemy while the enemy is in Second Chance, they will get assist credit.
• Adjustments to the PSG1 with attachments.
• AK74U adjustments.
• RCXD adjustments.
• Silenced sniper rifle adjustments.
• Removed hit markers when shooting friendly equipment.

Issues Addressed:
• Resolved several issues with parties getting disbanded unexpectedly.
• Additional measures to prevent the “Transmission error” and other disconnects. This was most likely to occur with large parties where party members had mixed NAT types. (PS3 ONLY)
• Updated handling for UPnP-enabled routers to improve matchmaking conditions where users had strict or moderate NAT types. Also added in-game communications so that all players are aware of their NAT type in the Player Match party lobby.
• Addressed an issue with VOIP icons not appearing when USB headsets were plugged in prior to game launch.
• Prevention of exploit that allowed players to keep custom classes and killstreaks after prestige.
• Addressed an issue where Flak Jacket Pro would not always protect against ground fires left by Napalm Strikes.
• Prevention of users losing their killstreak reward when switching classes at the start of a new round in round-based game modes.
• Addressed an issue where the incorrect perks would appear when spectating another player under certain circumstances.

· Experimental slight reduction in knife lunge range – this is a trial change
· Prevention of Prestige glitching – trying to prestige from Combat Training will reset your stats but not give you prestige

NINTENDO WII

You must have a Wii Shop Channel account in order to download certain updates. Visit http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/sys...hop.jsp#access for information on the Wii Shop Channel.

The game will prompt you to download the update when you start Multiplayer once it is available. If you are already running the game at this time, switch to Single Player and restart Multiplayer to get it. The update cannot be downloaded from Zombies, and you will be prompted to switch over to Multiplayer in order to access it.

Default LAGGING health handicap would be a nice patch

IMO lag or ping time should determine a Handicap for each players health percentage with the person with the most lag having the most health and the person wiht the best connection having the least amount of health. This would be an easy patch and even out the 'field' in terms of lag and fairness.

That is a terrible idea and rewards people who are already getting rewarded for having poor connections.

Nice thread idea :] this will be helpful. I'm sad about the hardline pro thing kind of but i'll just go back to ghost cause hardline pro wont be worth it anymore

Carrying on the Hardline pro thing here, sorry to whinge but, surely hardline pro (after the intended fix) is useless until you achieve at least a 4/5 kill streak anyway, so if they fix the sam turret, and sentry drops, it really wouldn't be worth earning it in the first place, would it? unless you picked care pack as your only killstreak.

Come on Treyarch, work on the real bugs and not the "limited" perks that we all work our butts off to achieve, as the real challenges are achieving them in the first place!!
