Best Gun(s) in MW3 - Cod247

*Disclaimer* - I haven't tried all the guns yet.

But the FMG9 akimbo with steady aim, is literally unstoppable from a forward facing gun fight within about 30m.

They easily outgun rapid fire P90 and UMP, and I mean easily! They are beasts, they have loads of range to, kinda like mw2 g11's but with much less recoil; steady aim and sleight of hand mean that you can reload quick and hip fire, beautiful combination.

I must have had 4 or 5 triples with these bad boys already, including a triple where all the enemies were 30m+

Really do try them people. I <3 them, however I think they should be patched.

I've been having some decent results with the Type 95 using Rapid Fire. Red dot sight as well, since the iron sights are awful IMO. 2 burst @ the most = instant kill.

Still haven't tried/unlocked many but I've heard about the Akimbo FMG9 machine pistols - gonna try it out when I jump on.

Scar-l? definitely not. Both the M4a1 and the ACR overpower it at any range due to the higher rate of fire

edit: well maybe the scar would be better at distance thinking about it, but the maps are pretty compact.

The type95 is supposed to be the best assault rifle I have heard people say - I haven't tried it yet though, I love my fully auto too much.

Sorry can't read OP's post but replying anyway if I think its what he's asking.

The best gun for me is and always will be burst weapons so I'm with the Type 95 on this one. I've been getting one-tap-of-the-trigger kills mostly.

My fav gun so far has to be the Type 95... one burst kills and with rapid fire you're guaranteed a kill every time you see someone pretty much. I use it with steady aim so u can burst fire up close... it's a beast.

The FMG9 akimbos are wayyy overpowered haha, I can lay waste to whole groups of enemies even if they're all using rapid fire UMP45s. The sound alone
sounds like 2000 RPM of bullets.

I want to see if the Den Kirson MW3 chart info provides some "actual" stats to compare the weapons in the game.

Lol I wasn't asking the best weapon (to Kid) But its good to hear what you all like

Up close though, I was telling you all - there really is no better gun than dual FMG9 - they overpower every single gun. As Alex said - whhhey to overpowered.
